2017 – 2018

Fimerica is a fintech company that creates automated lending solutions for small to mid-sized companies. It uses an automated broker platform that allows businesses to apply for financing and anonymously and quickly comparison shop.

In 2017, Fimerica approached Conflare to create a logo design, marketing website and loan application for their product. The new branded materials and web-app needed to drive traffic, build brand recognition, and entice businesses to apply. Most importantly, the marketing site and application needed to explain the application process and make it seamless.

My role on this project was to lead the design team in both brand materials and UX design. I contributed to the conceptual brand design and then led the logo design process from start to finish. In collaboration with junior designers and the creative director, I set the visual brand styles including images, typography, and color palette. I created custom illustrations for the marketing site and application, and mentored an in-house designer on the client side to produce styled icons.
